Getting to the con (Transportation)
Hamburg airport is modestly connected but if your coming from outside europe you will need to connect.
Get the Hamburg app (called HVV) as it condenses all the options (taxis, trains, bikes) into one app Play store. There are a few buying options. The standard singles and returns but also the 9am group travel ticket. This allows up to 5 people to ride after 9am to 6am the next day.
Ubarn to the airport. Not all stop at the airport so double check.
Hotels
Hotels are booked outside of EF and is entirely up to you. There are some arranged prices with some hotels but you should be expecting to sort your own accommodate out.

Hamburg is an expensive city for hotels so budget £180 ($200) a night.
Main
Radisson Blu Hotel, Hamburg is the hotel connected to the convention centre. It has single, double or twin, or triple. It also will have members of the public staying throughout so understand noise may not be tolerated.

At the con
There will be some decent food trucks outside the convention itself. Inside the CCH main enterance there is a food and drink place serving some decent lunch options. Dotted around there will also be some stalls and bars selling some snacks and such.
